Kitchen, bathrooms & living spaces
A standard clean covers accessible kitchen and bathroom surfaces, other accessible surfaces and floors. Normal amounts of pet hair are included.
A deep clean adds accessible baseboards, doors and frames, switches, sills, outside cabinet surfaces and ordinary buildup.
Appliances, cabinets & windows
Oven and fridge interiors, empty cabinet interiors and reachable interior window glass are optional extras for standard and deep cleans.
An empty move-in/out clean includes one ordinary oven, one empty fridge and interiors of up to 20 empty cabinet doors or drawers. Interior window glass is quoted separately.
What needs a different kind of service
Mold, construction debris, exterior windows, carpet extraction and heavy moving are outside our scope. Tell us about severe buildup or unusual conditions so we can review them before booking.

Do I need a deep clean first?
Not necessarily. Tell us about your home and its condition, and we can help you choose between a standard and deep clean.
Can I arrange regular cleaning?
After your first visit, weekly, every two weeks or every four weeks may be arranged. We’ll agree on the recurring rate and scope. There’s no long-term commitment.
What isn’t included?
Mold, construction debris, exterior windows, carpet extraction and heavy moving are outside our scope. Severe buildup and unusual conditions need review before booking.
Who will come, and when?
Before booking, we’ll confirm the assigned cleaner’s acceptance, your agreed scope and an arrival window.
What if something is missed or damaged?
Report a missed checklist item promptly, ideally within 24 hours. We’ll review it and agree on an appropriate remedy. Report damage, theft or injury promptly too, and preserve the details so we can review what happened.
How do I prepare for a move-in/out clean?
The home must be empty with water and electricity on. Empty the fridge and agreed cabinets, and tell us about access, parking and the home’s condition. We can’t guarantee a deposit return or inspection result.
